Basic Usage of LOFT

This quick guide helps you get started with LOFT quickly and efficiently.

System Access

1. Open the application URL in your browser.
2. Enter your Username and Password.
3. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the received code.
4. Click Login.

⚠️ If you forget your password, use the Recover Password function.

User Settings

After logging in, you can configure your profile:

• Personal Information: name, email, phone number.
• Security: change password and enable 2FA for better protection.
• Preferences: language, notifications, and default measurement units.

Main Navigation

• Dashboard: overview of deliveries, orders, and recent alerts.
• Views: Deliveries, Packages, Users.
• API Reference: technical documentation.
• Profile: user settings and preferences.

💡 The sidebar allows quick access to all sections.

Managing Deliveries

• View deliveries by filtering by status or date.
• View Label: download the package label.
• Edit Delivery: update information such as address or status.
• Delete Delivery: remove a delivery (permissions required).
• Report Issue: add notes or report anomalies.

⚡ All changes are tracked in the system.
